Find Your Happy
For this self care project you will be recognizing what makes you happy. This project can also give you something to look back to when you feel down.
Supplies
You will need:
Any sort of paper (like a notebook or a bullet journal)
Pencil/Coloring Supplies
What Makes You Happy
Get your notebook or bullet journal and start by writing down all the things that make you happy. If there are a lot of things that make you happy, then write down only the things that have made you happy most recently. If you want you can make the headings and outlines for the two different pages first like I did in the pictures, but you don't have to.
Your Daily Happy
On the next page of your notebook or bullet journal, you are going to make 2 columns and 7 rows. Look at the pictures for reference. The first column will have the date, and the second column will be where you will write your daily happy. For your daily happy, you will be writing down what makes you happy each day for 7 days. You don't need to write your entry 7 days in a row, but you can if you want to and I encourage you to do so. Each day you will write down the date and you can list or just write a couple of sentences of what made you happy that day. This will help you recognize what makes you happy everyday rather just what makes you happy in general.
