Supplies Needed:

  • Tweezers
  • Spoolie
  • Eyebrow gel (clear)
  • Colored pencil or pomade (of natural hair color)
  • Concealer (slightly lighter shade than skin)
  • Small angled brush

Start With Clean Brows

Make sure the brows and surrounding skin is clean and free of sweat, dirt, or existing makeup.

Brush Out Brows

Use the spoolie to brush out the brow hair, starting at the beginning and brush up and out in direction of the natural hair growth.

Tweeze Unwanted Hair

Use the tweezers to pluck stray hair outside the natural shape of your brow. Do not go too thin, over tweezing is probably the reason you're filling them in! Haha!

Outlining the Brow

Take your brow pencil or pomade and create a line from about half an inch from the beginning of the brow, up to the arch, and ending at the tail which should about where your eyelid ends. The arch should be about a 45 degree angle from the outside of your nose, you can measure this with your pencil or brush.

Filling It In

Fill in the “tail” end of the eyebrow dark and full with the pencil or pomade using short quick motions in the direction of the hair growth to appear most natural.

Leave the hair at the beginning of the brow light, if it needs some coverage, use small light strokes sparingly to create an ombre effect and natural look.

Locking It in Place

Use the eyebrow gel to coat the brow to keep the hairs in place and prevent smearing throughout the day! Let the gel dry before concealing.

Clean Up & Define

Take the small angled brush and dip into the concealer, trace around the whole eyebrow to define it and clean up any smudge pencil marks. This can also help make the tail end sharp and concise. Repeat all steps with both eyebrows.

Blending

Use a makeup brush, sponge, or even your fingers to blend the concealer onto your foundation or skin.

Enjoy!
