Fierce Deity Mask (from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask)
This is the Fierce Deity Mask from Majora's Mask. In the game, it is said that the masks' power is supposed to rival the power emanating from Majora's Mask, (as well as looking more stylish than Majora's Mask). When our young hero Link dons the mask, he turns into Fierce Deity Link, who wears a light blue tunic with some armor on his chest plate with a sun and a moon on it. Link also gains some awesome face paint and white hair. When you use this mask in-game, it makes killing bosses a breeze, as Fierce Deity Link has an immense amount of power.
Step 1: Opening SculptGL
Go to Google and type in the Search Bar, "SculptGL" or you can click this link to open SculptGL
https://stephaneginier.com/sculptgl/
When you click on SculptGL, it should start with a basic sphere shape. This is your starting point to creating a cool video game mask.
Step 2: Shaping Your Mask
When you look over to the right of your model, you will notice some options. You will want to click on a few options: Negative, Continuous, Symmetry. Then with these tools enabled, you'll want to start to swing away at the back half of the sphere until it starts to look like a mask (or for ease of comfort, you could import a semi-sphere into SculptGL to get started early). Then on the backside of the mask, you'll want to start using the same tools to make a hole in the mask to fit your face. It can be as large as you need it to be.
Step 3: Facial Features
When your face hole is in the mask, you'll want to start changing your tools. The tool you'll want to change to is the flattening tool. You'll want to start swinging away at the sides of the mask until you get a smooth jawline that makes a V-Shape (which the picture I put here wasn't a good example). Then you'll swap to the smoothening tool, and smooth up the jawline. Then you'll want to switch back to the brush tool and make a nose and mouth. It shouldn't take too long to get a decent-looking mouth and nose. You'll then want to swap back to the smoothening tool to smooth up your rough edges. Extra: You can add face paint on your mask if you so choose to, just go to tools and select the paint tool.
Step 4: Finalizing
Step 4 is all about the small details. The Hair can be made by adding a cube to the mask and using the drag and move tools until you get some pointy locks like the one in the picture. (You can also do the same thing with the ears. Now painting it is an extra detail you can add for some pizazz. If you want it to look more like the game, I would search up a picture of the Fierce Deity Mask so you can get an Accurate Depiction of the colors of the mask. The last step would be to save the .stl file and 3D Print this Cool looking mask.
