I cut off a piece of PVC pipe.
Then I heated it up with a blowtorch.
Make sure to wear a respirator when heating PVC
When it was heated, I flattened it with a wooden board.

Then I drilled holes for marbles and a hole for a bearing.
Holes for the marbles should be smaller than the marble's diameter.
I also trimmed the pipe to desired shape and drilled decorative holes.

I reheated ends of the pipe, so they would open.
I inserted the marbles and half-closed the ends.
Make sure that the marbles turn freely (unless you don't want them to)

Then I put in the bearing

That's it!
Your Fidget spinner is ready!
