The Fault

Poor design cup holder from factory causing spilt drinks.

Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Relay and Fiat Ducato do not come with an appropriate size and depth cup holder unless selected at factory where it was molded into the design of the glovebox.

The other cup holders in the centre console and door pockets are poorly designed. They are not deep enough causing drinks to fall out, and they are out of reach of the driving position.

Other solutions involve drilling and screwing into the centre console which is costly should it go wrong.

The Solution

The X8R cup holder is a direct fit and can be installed in under 5 minutes

Our cup holder system is designed to fit perfectly in the mechanism of the glovebox. It does not involve any drilling or additional screws. Simply remove the original screws within the glovebox, insert our cup holder and refit the original scews. The glovebox can still be opened and closed.

The cup holder features two open-bottomed holders on the outer sides, allowing taller drinks such as 500ml bottles, sports bottles and large cans. The central cup holder is almost 50mm deep, allowing for drinks to be inserted with no risk of movement and spillage.

The cup holder insert is made from high strength ABS vacuum formed plastic which will not break. Lower quality products on the market are made from cheap foam which leaves a nasty dust/residue in the vehicle and on your drinks.

It is suitable for left and right-hand drive models. We offer two styles of cup holder insert: black and grey. Each colour bracket corresponds to the colour of glovebox on the vehicle. They are designed differently as the space within the glovebox is different depending on the colour of dash. Please ensure you order the cup holder insert which corresponds with the colour of your dashboard.

You Will Receive

1 x Grey glovebox cup holder

You will need:

1 x T25 Torx screw driver

Open the glovebox and remove the three screws using a T25 torx head screwdriver.

Insert the X8R cup holder insert into the glovebox.

Refit the original screws into the three holes using the T25 torx head screwdriver.
