You probably have these things on hand! You can use a different color for your icing and your sprinkles, use coordinating colors if you wish.
· Light brown felt
· Pink felt (or another color)
· Pink embroidery floss (one strand)
· A small circle to trace (or free hand)
· Fabric scissors
· Fabric marker

Trace around your object, if you choose to free hand then skip this part.
Cut out the circle and set aside.

Cut Out Your Icing

I did free hand this part, I made a slightly scalloped edge. I trimmed it a little so the icing part didn't fully cover the brown felt.

Sew on the Sprinkles

Since the sprinkles are covering the icing, this is enough to secure the colored felt to the brown. Use your floss to sew little crosses randomly on the colored felt. I like the little sprinkles but you can stitch them longer.

Tie Off Your String

The back isn't very pretty but it's a simple project. To make it look even better just use fabric glue and cot another circle it, once you tie your string of, glue the other circle on.
Otherwise just tie a knot and cut the extra string off.

You're Done!

Make a few of them and complete your tea party!
