Cut a circle (I used 2" circle), the size of the circle determines the size of the flower. The bigger the circle the bigger the flower will be. Starting from one edge of the circle start cutting in spiral motion. Do not cut all the way to the end of the spiral, leave half-inch circle or less (see picture).

Rolling

Taking the outer most part of the circle, start rolling the felt fabric. When you reach the end, add enough glue and attach the half-inch circle at the bottom.

Now you have a flower.

Take your ring base and add glue. Remember you will add glue at the ring base and not the flower. Attach your flower to the ring base, press together until the glue dries.

Congratulations, you made your very own flower ring!
