Cut the Felt

Cut two felt pieces to a diameter of 3 inches, which is a radius of 1.5 inches. You can use a compass or a ruler to help outline two perfect circles.

Make the Opening

Use your scissors to slowly make a cut that runs vertically along the face of one of the felt pieces. Be careful to not cut all the way through the felt, so you leave a little seam clearance.

Sew It Together
