Fast and Easy ENCHILADAS

Sometimes we don't have much time or even energy, after a long day, to cook something. Eating daily is so important though! This recipe is simple and very quick to make. Also it's for 2 people. If you are a student, teacher, or anything else.. everybody can do this easy recipe! Enjoy :)
Supplies

- 250g thinly sliced chicken breast fillets
- 1 sliced onion
- 75g grated cheese
- Half a paprika, some carrot but you can take any vegetables that you like
- 4 corn tortillas
- tomato sauce
- Spice mix: chili pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cane sugar, paprika extract, oregano
Preparation

Step one is to slice everything and to prepare the spice mix.
Preparation Part 2

The next preparation is your sauce. You take 100ml of warm water and you mix it with all of your tomato sauce and the spice mix. Now you can put the sauce away.
Cooking Part

Now comes the actual cooking part. You put in a pan some oil. After a lil (2 minutes) you can put your chicken breast fillets in it. (5 minutes, till they are good) Now you can put all of your vegetables and half of the mixed sauce you made before, the other half you have to keep for later. You let it all cook until the vegetables are soft enough (paprika) and you can taste already a little to see if you want to add anything in it. Now when it's all done you can put already a little of the cheese in it, this is not necessary though.
Final Parts

Now for the last parts, you take the 4 tortillas and put equally all of the breast fillets and vegetables. After that's done you should put the 4 tortillas in a greased ovenproof dish. Now you take the rest of the mixed sauce and the rest of the cheese and you put it all on the tortillas.
Oven Time

Bake for 15 minutes (180) or until cheese is all set.
Time to Eat

You can now take the tortillas from the oven and ENJOYYYYYYYY!!!! :)
