Farfalle Peppers and Steak

INGREDIENT LIST

16 OZ FARFALLE PASTA

8 OZ COOKED LEFTOVER STEAK OF ANY KIND

1 LARGE RED PEPPER

1 MEDIEUM CARROT

3 TBSP ONIONS

1 TBSP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE

1 TSP CILANTRO

2 TBSP SOYA SAUCE

2 TBSP COOKING OIL

BRING 4 LITRES OF WATER TO A BOIL

ADD 16 OZ FARFALLE PASTA

Cook Farfalle pasta for 9 minutes from boiling, remove from heat, drain and rinse under cold water (Sops cooking and removes any excess starch from the pasta)

Slice the steak, peppers, carrot and onions into strips.

Heat 2 TBSP of cooking oil in a large pan for one minute on high heat.

Add the steak and sauté for a minute or two, until the outside of the meat begins to crisp slightly.

Add the sliced vegetables and sauté for a further three minutes.

Add the CHILI GARLIC SAUCE and CILANTRO

MIX WELL

Add the drained and cooled pasta over the top of ingredients

Add the soya sauce

Stir and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes

Remove from pan when the Pasta is heated through

Serve immediately
