Fanned Heart Card
Today I will teach you how to make a card with a fanned out heart in the middle. You can use the fanned concept on anything. The trick is the glue pattern. I used a heart because I'm making it for my lover.

Cut Out Some Hearts
I cut out 8 hearts of a good size. Fold a paper in half and cut half a heart along the folded edge for a perfectly symmetrical heart every time they have to all be identical. So it's best to trace your original heart onto the next paper.
Glue Them Together
Alright we have eight hearts. Now the next step is to glue them together. We start by folding each heart in half and putting a small drop of glue in the middle, in between the flaps. I have marked the spot with an x so you can get an idea of about where it should be glued. Since you want the glue in the same place every time, it might be a good idea to mark x's on your too.
Glue Them Together Part 2
Now we have hearts glued in half the next step is to glue them together. Once again I have marked the spots with x's
Burnt Edge (optional)
Ok so I decided after I finished that I wanted a burnt edge on my fan heart. Don't!! If you want a burnt edge now is the best time to do it. Take the color of your choice and color the folded hearts' edge. It best to hold the hearts closed hold them tight. Then color along the edge.
Card
Now we will take a price of paper and fold it in half twice. You want to do it twice so it will support the weight of the heart. Glue along edge of the paper so it doesn't flop open.
Glue It in Place
Final step after all the glue ha dried glue the hearts to the card. Line up the flat edge of the hearts with the center of the card. Glue in the same places u did in step 4. After u have it glued to one side, you put glue on the other side of the hearts and close the card. Allow time to dry, then decorate it to your taste.
Now you have a beautiful fanned out card!!
