Hey everyone. Recently I attended a flower show and was introduced to a flower named Pansy (also called as Irish flower). The notable feature of this flower is that the arrangement of its petals resemble a smiley- clown kind of face. This feature made me to admire the flower. I have named this Instructable "Fancy Pansy flower" as this flower is ornamental and is used mostly for decoration . These flowers can be used as a patch, applique, etc . Want to make a plain background colourful?? Attach these colorful pansies to make the background fancy and colorful. With this Instructable, you can learn to crochet your very own pansy flowers.

Paint the Flowers, Make It Fancy

Dust a wet paintbrush with soft pastels and give some color to the flower. If you are not a fan of soft pastels, use different color thread while crocheting. After painting, using a dry brush , dust the flower to remove excess amount of color.

Actually pansies are quite colorful, so don't worry about color combinations. They almost exist in all combinations of color.
