Fabulous Macaroni and Cheese Pie

olive oil
one onion, garlic to taste
1/4lb of hamburger
1/4lb italian sausage
28 oz chopped tomatoes(I just used like a Prego sauce)
parsley, basil
3/4 lb cooked macaroni
2/3 cup of parmesean cheese
provolone
1/4cup red wine
1/4-1/2 cup sharp cheddar, jack mix

sautee the onion and garlic
add hamburger, sausage, seasonings and wine cook until done
layer a buttered baking dish with the cooked macaroni, then sauce and some of the cheddar/jack mix, layer agian then top it off with the cheese you have left as well as the provolone slices and all the parmesean
bake for 40 min at 350....cover with foil for first 1/2 hour then remove for the last 15 minutes so the cheese topping starts to get a little crispy. This meal is just so darn good I even will eat it cold LOL
this comes out with the cheese on top totally crunchy, it is so gosh darn good you cant believe it, hope some of you give it a try you wont be sorry
