Craving chocolate? Wanting a frosty beverage on a hot summer day? Me too! Frozen hot chocolate might just be for you. You can whip this up in just a few minutes.

Supplies

All you'll need is

-Non-fat dry milk powder

-Sugar

- Unsweetened cocoa powder

-Milk

-Ice

-Blender

-Measuring Cup/spoons

-Whipped topping (optional but delicious)

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Add 2 parts dry milk, 3 parts cocoa powder and 4 parts sugar. It's as easy as 2-3-4, but you can adjust as needed to your liking. Just mix the dry stuff until it's a consistent color. It should look similar to the picture, but if you add more sugar or milk powder it may become a bit lighter.

Mix in Blender

Now add everything to your blender. In this case I used 1/2 cup of the dry chocolate mix, 1 cup milk (I used organic, whole milk from a cow, but you do you), and 2 cups crushed ice. Mix all that up until you have your desired consistency. Easy peasy, right?

Enjoy Your Creation

Pour into a serving glass and add whipped cream if you like. Enjoy!
