FNAF Movie - Cupcake V2

So This is the Instruction for my new V2 Cupcake. V2.1 is similar enough so this will still be usefull

you need:

1. 3d Printer
2. Arduino Uno
3. Servo shield (pca9685)
4. 7 Servos (6x MG90s, 1x DS3225)
5. M2 Ball Joint
6. M2 Threaded Rods
7. M2 Screws
8. M3 Screws
9. 1x M10 Scew
10. Computer
11. 5mm LED (Orange)
12. Ball Bearing
13. Filament (PLA and TPU)

Glowing Eyes:

1. 2x Neopixel Rings 50mm diameter
2. Esp32

Supports needed

The Eyes should be printed with White PLA and 100% infill for the best looking glow effect

i made a small assembly video which hopefully helps a tad. for the assembly between the head and eyemech there is an piece called headhold and u should glue it on the top of the headpiece with it u can then slide it over the eyemech middle pole and it will hold

you only have to give the Servoshield Power since the Arduino connects to the same power source. but a USB B cable will be needed since I'm Programming this with Bottango. (Bottango File included in the Thingiverse Page)

I'm using Bottango to make him Move. For Everyone wanting to control him with a controller, I will make a Controller and Script in a bit of time but not with the Full Release. The Bottango file will be made available on the Thingiverse Page. If you don't know anything about Bottango there are tutorials on it. It's pretty easy so everyone can do this.

There is also the option to make him RC Controlled my recomendation is the Frsky FS-i6X it includes a realy nice controller and a 10 channel receiver which gives u more then enough channels to controll the cupcake.

Start by Sanding everything you wanna paint. i used putty to fill the gaps in between the big parts so they look like one big. Then you will apply the Primer, this is to make the surface smooth and so you can paint on it. you will probably need a few layers. Prime --> Sand --> Prime... If you have that done I would recommend making everything inside Black and Outside the color it should be of course. for the Top Shell I would recommend using an Airbrush for those little Spots. Don't Forget to Mask!

When you are Ready take some Great Picture of him and Post them :). This is of course not a must but I would love to see it. You can also post a Make on Thingiverse. Pls, Tag me!
