FIESTA CHICKEN BACON RANCH SALAD

I love to make salads This is one of my Favorites..........Enjoy

-2 Tablespoons Fresco cheese (Any brand)

-1 ear of fresh sweet corn on cob

-1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

-1 tablespoon sour cream

-1/4 cup of black beans

-Romaine Lettuce

-Red Onion

-1 Tablespoon Buttermilk

-Chicken breast

-Tortilla Chips or corn chips(Fritos) (optional)

-1 tsp coconut oil for cooking

-1/4 cup Shredded Mexican cheese blend

-parsley

-Fresh mozzarella cheese

-3 strips pre cooked Bacon

-tomato

Seasoning for chicken

-1/2 tsp pepper

-1 tsp Chile lime seasoning

-pinch salt

-1/8 tsp paprika

-1/8 tsp garlic

-1/2 tsp sugar
