Super easy PPE face shield. Can be re-used and sterilized. Minimum supplies needed, you can dl the pattern and hand cut or the svg and use a cutting machine

1 OHP acetate - or other suitable clear film

1 polypropylene file divider

5 small tie wraps - or double sided sticky tape

Make the Face Part

acetate sandwiched between  top strips.jpg

sandwich the acetate between the two to strips

you can use double sided sticky tape or fasten with the tie wraps if you want to be able to sterilize the shield and re-use

fasten with tie wraps, trim the ends. the front mask piece fastens to the back strip - the back strip is the part that lays across your forehead.
