F15 Paper Airplane
Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well 😃. I have included an easy DIY project that can be done with the stuff from your house.
This F15 airplane can reach a distance of 100 feet! The difficulty level I would say is easy. This can take you some time and effort, but I think if you try you can do it. There are a lot of steps so follow along closely if you want to make it. It can glide a 5/5, accuracy 4/5 and speed 4/5. This has taken me a long to time to make so please if you like please vote for it. If you have any questions please let me know and I will try my hardest to answer all of those question and/or comments.
Supplies
You will need:
- A 8.5 x 11 in piece of paper
- Siccors
Fold
The first step is to fold the paper in half. Make sure it is perfectly aligned.
Make a Triange
The next step is to take your paper folded and take the top crease and fold it over to the other edge so in the end it should look like a triangle. Repeat this step for the other side.
Open and Fold
The next step is to unfold your paper and take the middle of the paper and fold it down to the bottom of the paper.
Fold Back Up
The next step is to fold it back up only until the line going down. If this step is to complicated please look at the picture.
Unfold
Then unfold your fold
Fold the Triange
Next fold the triangle again to the middle but only crease it until we're the triangle ends. Then repeat on the other side. Once down, open back up.
Fold Back Down
Now fold the middle back down and then fold it back until the crease.
Swing the Edge
The next step is to swing the edge in and were that hole is put your finger in it and pull out then fold down. Then repeat with the other side.
Take Out Middle Crease
Take out the creases under the flaps and bring them out. Then fold into center Repeat with the other side.
Fold Bottom Line and Reverse
Take your bottom line and fold it just a cm or 2 up. Repeat on the other side. Then reverse that crease to the other side.
Put in the Crease
Fold in the top crease on both sides. It should make a small triangle.
Fold in Half
If you have still been following along, thank you. I know this has been a lot of work, but I have been trying to make each instruction small and include a picture or 2. Now you should fold the plane in half by the middle crease.
Cut
Take the loose edge of the wings and take your scissors. Start the cut about a inch from the bottom of the plane. Then cut a vertical line about an inch out. Then cut out the triangle.
Fold the Wings
The next step is to fold the wings down. Make sure to put a crease there.
Fold Cut Up
Take your cut sides and fold them up.
Extra Help
If the plane dives take the back wings and fold them up a bit. If you need any more information for or just want to write something down in the comments, please do. I hope this helped you a lot. Enjoy!
