Extra Cheesy Homemade Macaroni

Extra Cheesy Homemade Macaroni is both easy and quick to make and everyone's guaranteed to love!
Prepare Your Noodles
To prepare your noodles, I suggest using the standard macaroni noodles
For this recipe I used a 454 gram box of noodles
I suggest boiling them for about 10 minutes, or until they become soft.
Once your noodles are cooked strain them out of the pot.
Return the pot to the stove without the noodles.
Preparing the Cheese Sauce
Turn your stove to about medium heat then add in ¼ of a cup of butter.
Let the butter completely melt, and allow it to come to a simmer.
Once your butter has melted add in ¼ of a cup of flour
Mix until it forms a smooth creamy color.
Add in 2 cups of white milk. Keep constantly stirring until it starts to become thick.
Finishing the Cheese Sauce
:After your mix becomes thick add in 2 cups of cheese.
For the best flavor I recommend using a blend of Swiss and cheddar cheese.
Keep stirring until all of the cheese has melted.
Adding the Noodles
Slowly pour the noodles back into the pot on top of your cheese sauce.
Stir the noodles in until all of them are covered by the sauce.
Once the noodles have been mixed into the sauce, add 2 tsp of seasoning salt
After everything’s well mixed add one more cup of the Swiss Cheddar blend.
Keep stirring until the remaining cheese and seasoning salt is blended with the noodles.
