Exfoliating and Plumping Lip Scrub
Today I'm going to show you how to make an exfoliating lip scrub to make your lips soft, smooth, and kissable by gently removing dead cells, and moisturizing them with sweet coconut oil. This is especially great for spa days, the night before a big dance, or even just when you know you're going to want to wear a bold lipstick.
You will need:
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Of brown sugar, depending on how thick you'd like your scrub to be.
- Airtight container to mix and store your scrub in
- (optional) Washi tape to decorate your container
Add Coconut Oil
You may want to mix everything in a small bowl, but I just mixed mine in the container I'm storing it in.
Add in Sugar
Mash the sugar and coconut oil together, and slightly blend.
Add Cinnamon
Blend Well
Blend well, and put into your airtight container, if you haven't mixed it in it. Make sure that your recipe has the consistency that you wish, adjust accordingly.
Decorate and Enjoy :)
Decorate your container with washi tape, if desired. Should keep for over a month, and it's a great alternative to expensive scrubs that use harsh chemicals. Enjoy yourself!
