To start us off, let me assure you that anything in life worth having will have intense challenges. Living a healthy lifestyle can take dramatic shifts in ones life. I want you to commit to yourself, your spouse, your children, friends, family, or anyone else you can find that you are doing this for the longevity of a healthy body. We want to live long in this group of champions. Without further a do, lets get started.

Throughout this course, the main thing I want you to remember about exercise and our bodies is..... SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. Apologies for the intensity there but I have met so many people who think they have to do this hour long workout for it to count. FALSE!

Our bodies are meant to move and be strengthened. However, we are in this for the long run, we will get to those hour long workouts but baby steps people.

We are building a habit of exercise that will get us through each week, month and year. By the end of a year, we will look back and feel confident in the amount of work we put in. The plan I will show is a 4 week exercise GUIDE that will increase gradually. After these 4 weeks, the idea is to redo the process with added weight, reps, time, intensity, etc. You will see what I mean in a second.

All in all, that is as simple as it gets folks! Some key things to remember as you go through your 4 week process...

  1. If you know you are supposed to exercise and just cannot get a full 15-30 minutes in... that is okay! All I ask is that you do SOMETHING. Do 40 squats, or 50 pushups, or walk around the block, or just stretch! The point is to get your blood PUMPING each of the days, even if its not the full exercise.
  2. What do I do when I finish week 4? Great question, the idea is to repeat the 4 week process the following month. Add your own twists to it! Add time, exercises, weight, resistance etc. Don't be overwhelmed by what to do, just keep it simple and get the work in.
  3. Disclaimer... this exercise plan is a generalized way to maintain a strong and healthy body. Those who do it must understand that diet and other habits can severely damper your goals... I recommend eating at home and keeping all ingredients as simple as possible. If the box has 40 ingredients, AVOID!
  4. If you build this healthy habit that I have shown, be aware that confidence may rise to new levels!
  5. Keep it simple, and live long my friends!
