Evening Cocktail

My name is Tony Vo. I am from Los Angeles. Here you'll see I have made an evening cocktail dress consisting of two separate pieces. The top is an off white bustier and the bottom skirt is a burgundy ruffled skirt. Also, to kick it off and to add some spice; I also added a tulle black flower accessory to the side. Most importantly everyone should always love mother nature, and by doing so; the inside of the bustier is made of recycled shopping bags. Everything is handmade and designed by me. You'll also see a template of the bustier that I free handed on my own. I hope you like it !!
