Even Better Peanut Better Sammich

Per my previous instructable, make one Peanut Better Sandwich (one slice of bread, folded, PB inside. jelly is your call) with peanut butter spread ON THE CRUST, and now  sprinkle sunflower seeds & nuts all over the "outside" peanut butter. 

   Inside & Outside peanut butter with nuts. Even better.
