Eric's EPIC 7 Pound Cheeseburger - How to Make a HUGE JUICY BURGER!

Join Eric for an EPIC hamburger experience. Eric makes a burger that comes in at a total weight of 7 POUNDS! He forms the hamburger patty using a 9" cake pan and then he puts it on the WSM Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker. He then finishes it off by searing it on each side on the Weber grill. He creates the burger using a homemade bun and adds TONS of toppings: bacon, mushrooms, jalapeno, onion rings, lettuce, and tomato. This burger is out of this world and is great for a party! Enjoy!
