Cut circles from desired colored material (if the material reacts with epoxy somehow you can add piece of see-through tape on it)

Here I'm using pearlescent foil with aluminium tape backing

Step 2

Glue them on top of screw/nail with something that doesn't stick too well like stick glue etc.

Step 3

Draw pupils

Step 4

5.jpg

Add thin coat of epoxy and let it harden

if the epoxy has bubbles you can light a match and hover it over the epoxy a bit

Step 5

When the epoxy has hardened, draw another set of pupils on them

Step

8.jpg

Add another but thicker coat of epoxy and let it harden

img1 has bubbles

img2 doesn't (lit match trick)

Once the epoxy has cured you can add them on your fishing lure!
