Environment With 150 - 200 Mph Winds
In my fiction environment, there are constant winds at speeds of 150-200 mph. The wind is heading north and these speeds are enough to flip cars, deteriorate and destroy houses, and send humans flying across the sky. It's no mystery that these winds are extremely dangerous reaching winds that classify as a EF5 tornado which would absolutely destroy everything in the area not designed for these winds. Let's say that in this model we had time to create housing and other systems to supply a small town here's how I would do it.
Supplies
To create one of the buildings in my environment you will need four 4x4x32ft Concrete poles with 1x1 holes one feet apart on the top twelve feet of the pole, you will also need a 12 foot high wall with 1x1 pegs designed to fit into the holes on the peg the length of the walls will vary on the building, cement, a slab of concreat that will fit on your walls, one 12 foot rebar pole for each foot of length on your walls.
The first step of building this house is to put in four 4x4x32ft Concrete poles in the 4 corners of the building these poles need to be 20 feet in the ground with 12 feet sticking out of the ground be sure that your pole has the holes on top above the surface.
Once you have the 4 poles in place its time for step 2. In step two you will notice that the poles you have installed (if installed properly) will have 1x1ft holes in them on each side in 1ft increments as shown in the picture below. Then place the designated walls into the slots in the poles. Once you have the walls on the brace in place then you need to pour cement over the brace and wall to secure it further.
The roof is going to need to be sturdy if it's not it could be the downfall of the entire structure it needs to be stable and solid in one piece to avoid pieces flying off and damaging the structure of another building. For this you will need a concrete slab that stretches the length of the roof and is at least 2 ft wide. Then you will place it on top of the walls and drill holes through the roof that proceed through the walls. After that, you will place rebar through the holes and cover them with concrete
The interior of the building will have an AC unit, television, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, sink, lighting, and bed provided but it is up to the owner to add other refurbishments in the corner of the room of each building there will be a ladder that leads to the underground tunnels that connect the city there will be gates preventing robberies and the tunnels will have people to maintain them.
Now that you can build the infistructure its time to talk about the layout of this small town. First of to the left of the town center will be all the homes these are where people will live. To the right on the town center will first be the main shop this will be the bigest building and has an underground train system to bring in reasources from other places, it will have all the suplys and resourses for this town to thrive then all the other buildings to the right will be buissnes building that people can buy to run a private buisness.
The last step will be the power, the town will be powered by a type of power genorator that uses the wind to generate power and survive up to 200 mph. These will be placed on top of the buildings and there will be a large quantity of them https://cbcwindenergy.com/products/cp-series?variant=45559007314219
