Energy Travel Snack

IMG_2347[1].JPG

Traveling with the family is absolutely amazing but it can turn into a hard time when there is NO food!

I love this recipe because it is super easy, very energetic and delicious and you can take it with you for camping, hiking or even for traveling to another city where having a snack is super expensive and you prefer to save your money for a big meal at dinner time.

If you have kids they will love this recipe and they can help you to prepare the snack. No cooking is needed.

If you are following a dairy-free diet this snack is also perfect for you. Just ensure that the chocolate chips have vegetable oil instead of milk.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

You will need:

  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (you can use M&Ms)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallow
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Mix

Measure the ingredients and mix them. Ensure that the pretzels are chopped so they are distributed equally. You can try the mixture and add any ingredient as you wish. If you love chocolate you can add chips or even include different kind of chocolate chips.

Pack

Use a big spoon and pack the mixture into individual ziploc bags. Keep it hermetic for a fresh and tasteful snack.

Once you try it you will make this recipe several times even on weekends!

Enjoy!
