End Table
Process of building my end table
Day 1
Day One: I cut out all my legs for the table using the radial arm saw, the planer, the jointer, the table saw, and lastly the power miter saw. I also began to cut out my sides and leg stretchers. I made 4 legs with the thickness of 3/4", a width of 2 1/2", and a length of 29 1/4". I made 2 sides with the same thickness of 3/4", but a width of 5 1/2" and a length of 12 1/2". Lastly the leg stretchers had a thickness of 3/4", a width of 2 1/2", and a length of 12 1/2".
Day 2
I cut out the rest of my pieces: the rest of the sides, guides, apron, and back. I used the radial arm saw, planer, jointer, table saw, and lastly the power miter saw. The guides had dimensions of a thickness of 3/4", a width of 3 1/2", and a length of 12 1/2". The apron had a thickness of 3/4", a width of 3", and a length of 9 1/4". Lastly, the back had a thickness of 3/4", a width of 5 1/2", and a length of 9 1/4".
Day 3
I sanded down all of my pieces: the legs, sides, stretchers, back, and apron. Then I routed my edges on the sides, back, and apron using the router.
Day 4
I made some holes in my apron, sides, and back. This way I could screw it all to hold it together.
Day 5+6
I cut some pieces of wood to make a 18" by 18" top and lastly took some clamps to glue it all together. I let it dry over night and planed it down to remove any excess glue.
Day 7,8, +9
I sanded all the pieces and screwed everything together. I then started to make the last piece: the drawer.

Day 10
I sanded everything down once again to make sure I didn't miss any spots. I then took the table outside to spray it with a clear coat so the tones in the wood were more visual and I completed my end table.
