Emotion Based Art
Hello! i entered this because honestly, painting your emotions can be fun. it doesn't have to be an exact thing, and it can describe so much about you and your emotion. Plus, therapy is expensive.
Supplies
you will need:
A canvas
A watercolor pallet, or just watercolor ( preferably not Crayola)
Scissors
glue sticks
colored pencils
String
Paintbrushes
First, Get imagery in your mind of what you are going to do, this helps a lot so you aren't just gonna wing it, because that makes it a lot harder to do/process.
Now get your canvas or paper, and start sketching a little of what you are going to do.
Start hitting your canvas with color, and by hitting, I mean actually hit. If you are angry it gives more effect on how you feel. But if you are calm, you can do simple paint strokes, but if you are happy/excited, I would also hit the canvas but with lighter colors. You can also scribble with colored pencils
When you are done with the painting, you can rip holes into it and take some string, and stitch it through. It gives it such a cool effect that can really again, tell what you are feeling. And when you are done, always sign your painting so you know no one can copy/trace it.
