Emergency LED Torch Without Battery

Hello Everyone,
This is my first Instructables,
so your feedback will be really helpful for me to improve further.
Also check out my YouTube channel for more projects.

Today I am going to show you how to make an emergency LED Flash/Torch Light without battery by using the Super capacitor.
This project is inspired form the instructable by GreatScottLab https://www.instructables.com/Make-Your-Own-Crude... Many thanks to GreatScott for great details, videos and instructions.
Materials / Tools

Materials:
- White Colour LEDW10
- Bridge RectifierBC547 Transistor
- Ferrite Toroid Core
- 26 SWG Enameled Copper wire – 200 grams
- 22 SWG Enameled Copper wire – 2 Meter
- ON/OFF Switch
- 1.5F 5.5V Super Capacitor
- Neodymium Magnets
- Old Soldering Wire Bobbin
- PVC Pipe 32mm - 2 Feet Length
- PVC Dummy – 32mm
- Electrical PVC Pipe 0.75 Inch & 1 Inch - 2 Feet Length
- 0.75 Inch Coupling
- 40 to 32 mm PVC Reduce
- Plexiglass 2mm
Tools:
- Hack Saw
- Soldering Iron
- Glue gun
- Masking Tape
- Aluminium Tape
- Wire Stripper
- Cutting Pliers
- Hole Saw
- Drilling Machine
Coil Making

I attached the soldering wire bobbin to drilling machine and winded the coil, you can also do it manually but it will take more time.

PVC Assembly

Use the 1 inch electrical PVC pipe and coupling to make the generator coil and insert the Neodymium Magnets in side the pipe and seal the PVC pipe edges strongly for detailed instruction on assembling please refer the video.
Making of Ferrite Toroid Core

I know Ferrite toroid core with desires specs will be difficult to find in local markets so you can make it by your own.
So i took the core form old Electronic Tube light circuit you can also find it in CFL lamp and other SMPS circuit boards.
Use 22 SWG Enameled Copper to make the winding of 12 to 16 turns,
Please refer the video for more details
Ferrite Toroid Core

Use multi meter for continuity test and check the opposite ends of the core than solder the opposite ends of coil which does not have connection.
Please refer the video more details
Making Circuit

I used dotted prototyping PCB for this project and I cutted the PCB in round shape of 32mm and soldered the components as per the circuit diagram.
Please refer the below image for circuit diagram.
If you have any doubts or need any clarification in circuit please comment below.

Final PVC Assembly

Finally i inserted the circuit in to the PVC Assemble and i used the Aluminium foil tape for reflection.
I used the 2mm Acrylic / Plexiglas instead of glass for covering the LED.
Finished

That's it !!
Now shake the Torch for 30 Sec and Make it glow for 3 to 4 Minutes.
