Elvis Tribute Dessert
It's The King's birthday and I wanted to celebrate with a suitable dessert. This would have been better with the soft white bread I was originally going to use; but here is what I made.
Ingredients / Equipment
2 tortillas
peanut butter
banana
butter
waffle maker
peanut butter
banana

waffle maker
Method
Mash the banana. I buttered the outside of the tortillas first, but I should have spread the peanut butter and banana first so I could have put them together and THEN buttered the outside.

In the waffle maker, I turned it over after about 5 minutes.
Finished
This was OK (of course I ate it all!), but as I said in the intro, it would have been much better if I had used soft white bread (and possibly more banana). I'll try it again in August.
