These gorgeous beaded choker and earrings are actually not very difficult to make. I completed this set in about an hour and a half.

I created an green and blue ocean-style set; however, you can make this jewelry set in any color scheme. A simple black or white choker would go well with any outfit.

Create this elegant choker and earrings set and be prepared for many compliments!

To create a choker, all you really need are seed beads, larger beads, wire, scissors, earring hooks, and some sort of clasp. I chose seed beads in four colors resembling the ocean, as well as faux pearls as focal points. I used a plain lobster clasp to secure the necklace.

If you are using different colored beads than I am, just refer to the numbers and choose your own colors.
1. String the beads on a length of wire in this order, referring to the pictures for guidance:
3 light teal
5 light iridescent
7 green
7 dark iridescent
7 green
5 light iridescent
3 light teal
1 pearl

Pull the end of the wire with no pearl through the pearl, forming a loop. Pull the loop taut.

2. On each side of the wire, string:
3 light teal
5 light iridescent
7 green
4 dark iridescent
String a pearl on one side. Pull other wire through.

3. Repeat step 2 until there are six loops. The last loop should have no pearl. Twist the loose ends together and trim them to about an inch long. Tuck the ends inside the beads to hide them.

1. Cut a length of wire. Fold an inch or so around the center of a side loop on the choker. Twist the wires together.

2. String several inches of beads on the wire. I didn’t use any specific pattern; instead, I just strung green beads with the occasional teal or iridescent bead.

3. Repeat on the other end of the choker.

4. Trim the excess wire on each side to an inch or two long. Create a small loop on one side and wrap the excess carefully around the nearest bead.

5. On the other side, attach a lobster clasp.

You are now done with the choker... time to create the earrings!

Cut a length of wire 6-8 inches long.

1. String a pearl onto the wire. Then, add the following to each side:
5 light teal
7 light iridescent
9 green
3 dark iridescent

2. Twist the loose ends together. Attach an earring hook.

3. Repeat steps 1-2 to create a second earring.

That’s It!
