Electric Generator With Magnetic Transmission
4 Magnet discs neodymium are disposed on a rotor with configuration N - S - N - S and action a neodymium sphere inside a coil (through magnetic transmission ) The coil is connected to an Ac tot Dc rectifier with capacitor and in the final to a LED.
Materials :
A. 4 neodymium disc magnets
B. 1 neodymium sphere
C. coil iron less - inside AC microwave turntable motor
D. LED
E. AC to DC rectifier - inside an old phone charger
F. Flywheel - inside air conditioner fan motor
G. 1 Skateboard wheel
Operations :
Instructions and operations :
1. Open the air conditioner fan motor, only the flywheel is required (the shaft with the bottom bearing )
2. Fix the shaft with the bearing inside the skateboard wheel and fix the 4 magnet discs N-S-N-S on the flywheel
3. Open the microwave turntable motor, only the coil is required
4. Open the old phone charger you need the AC to DC rectifier, you don't need the transformer
5. Connect the LED to the rectifier output ( DC output respect the polarity ), connect the coil iron les to the rectifier ( input , AC , there is no polarity )
6. Place the neodymium sphere inside the coil
Ready for the First Test
Place the coil with the neodymium sphere on a glass surface to eliminate friction as much as possible.
Spin the shaft of the flywheel , the configuration magnet N-S-N-S will make the sphere inside the coil spin.
The spinning sphere will produce AC voltage to the coil output which through the rectifier will become DC voltage and will make the LED glow.
