My eight year old son made up this recipe. He loves to cook and this is one of my favorite things the makes.
Ingredients

You will need:
Oil (We use coconut. Butter is good too.)
Salt (We used seasoned salt,)
Bagels (We used Everything Bagels. They were great!)
Eggs (We used small ones that our bantam chickens laid but this is not a requirement.)
Medium Heat

Heat up the pan. Set the heat on medium. Heating first prevents sticking.
Oil

A spoon of oil also keeps it from sticking.
Bagels

I squeezed in three bagels. Two would have been an easier fit.
Eggs

Put an egg in each bagel.

Patience pays with these. We like them hard but if you like runny you won't have to wait as long.
Season

Don't forget the salt. Pepper is good too.
Squeeze AndFlip Again

We squeeze out any runniness and flip again.
Serve

Remove them from the pan with a spatula.
Enjoy

I like it with tomatoe. My son likes it with goat cheese. They are great plain too.
