Eggless Crinkle Browine Cookies

Welcome to Chandrakalas rasoi today we are making eggless crinkle browine cookies which is loaded with chocolate they have a crisp outer edge and chewy fudge center with the perfect browine texture and crackle on top which makes it crinkle cookies if you love fudge brownie then you will definitely gonna love this it's a must try for all chocolate lovers.
It's very easy to make with very basic ingredients like milk brown sugar cocoa powder all purpose flour baking powder. Here I have used devanx chocolate chips you can even use dark chocolate like morde or any other which you prefer. So let's get started.

Supplies

Ingredients
6 tbsp milk (room temperature).
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 and half cup dark chocolate
4 tbsp room temperature butter
Half cup brown sugar
One and half cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 and half tsp baking powder.

Crudling Milk

Take room temperature milk in a bowl add white vinegar into it stir well and keep aside for 5 min to crudle it

Melting Chocolate in Double Boiler

In a bowl add chocolate chips and butter. We are melting this by double boiler method. Boil the water in a sauce pan. Place the bowl of chocolate and butter on top of it. Keep mixing till chocolate melts. Onces it's melted keep aside.

Beating Wet Ingredients Together

Add curdle milk in a big bowl add brown sugar now with the help of electric mixer beat them together till it form a smooth texture you need to beat it for 2 min atlest. Onces milk and sugar are done add melted chocolate into it beat again for 2 min.

Mixing Wet and Dry Ingredients Together

Now take a seive add all purpose flour cocoa powder and baking powder and sift it together. Now fold and combine wet and dry ingredients together do not over mix add vanilla essence mix well now cover the bowl and keep the dough inside the fridge for 10 to 15 min.

After 15 minutes Scoop out the dough with cookie scoop and place it on baking sheet. Keep them in gap of 1 and half inch. Press them down as thick or think you want your cookies to come out. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 min at 180 degree celsius. Onces baked allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 10 min. Then trasfer them into wire rack and let it cool down completely before storing it. This cookies are crispy from outside and chewy and fudgy from inside it's a must try for all chocolate lovers.
