Egg Rice Ball

Here is an "egg shaped" egg rice ball. These are a few favorite variations:
egg + bacon bits
egg + peas
egg + furikake
egg + carrots + sesame
Step 1: Ingredients

Washed & dried plastic Easter egg
Egg
Cooked rice (still hot)
Diced Cheddar cheese
Step 2: Make Scrambled Egg

Add salt and pepper as you scramble the egg. I used four chopsticks to make a finer scrambled egg.
Step 3: Mix

Mix the finely scrambled egg and cheese into hot rice.
Step 4: Shake

Put rice mixture into plastic egg and shake it.
You need to shake about 30 times to every direction until you hear sound of solid rice.
Step 5: Eat It

Ta-da! Your "egg-shaped" egg rice ball is ready to be eaten. You can nestle it on shredded cabbage to give it a real Easter look.
