My family has about as many allergies as you could imagine! When making these delicious apple muffins, I find it very easy to satisfy a whole party, allergy-sensitive individuals included. I have friends who tell me I should sell these muffins. These muffins aren’t like others, they have incredible flavor and are so easy to make! If you are a beginner this is where you should start! I don’t think there is a way you can fail to satisfy anyone with this recipe. This is a Great recipe round year but it is a HIT in the fall! The flavor is undeniable and my family has been making these muffins for the past 50 years.
Supplies
Cutting Board
Chef's Knife
Spoon
Large bowl ( I used 4-5 small bowls to keep the ingredients separate so my demonstration would be clear.)
Whisk or Spatula
Peeler
Measuring Cups
Teaspoon
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups peeled, finely chopped apples
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
Preheat the Oven to 350. Grease and Flour the Pan Using Desired Amount of Crisco and Flour.
Measure 3 1/2 Cups of Flour and in a Seperate Bowl 2 Cups Sugar.
Combine Teaspoon Vanilla and 1 Cup of Oil in a Small Bowl
In a Seperate Bowl Combine a Teaspoon of Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt.
Peel 3 Apples (1 Apple = 1 Cup!!) and Finely Chop the Apples.
Mix All the Ingredients Together With a Whisk or Spatula. ( Apples, Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Oil & Vanilla)
Sometimes It helps to mix Ingredients when you push the mixture to the bowl and pour the liquids in the center of the mixture. This helps speed the process of mixing in most cases.
