Egg Bacon Cheese Home Made Biscuits

This recipe serves 5 people. You will need a large mixing bowl for the biscuit. And 2 pans for the bacon and eggs

Buy the Ingredients

For the 5 biscuit
1 cup of all pourpose flour
1/2 tablespoons of salt
1/4 cup of shortening
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of milk
For the 5 sandwich
5 eggs
10 pieces of bacon
5 slices of cheese

The Dry Ingredients

The Mix the salt flour and the baking powder with a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Preheat the Oven

Pre heat the oven to 450 degrees.

Mix in the Milk

Pour milk into flour mixture while stirring with a fork. Mix in milk until dough is soft, moist and pulls away from the side of the bowl.

Form the Dough

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and toss with flour until no longer sticky. Roll dough out into a 1/2 inch thick sheet and cut with a floured biscuit. Press together unused dough and repeat rolling and cutting procedure.

Bake the Biscuits

Place biscuits on ungreased baking sheets and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes

Make the Eggs

For 5 eggs use medium on the stove top and add 1/2 cup of eggs

Make the Bacon

Put bacon on a pan and let it sizzles at high and then flip it over a couple of times before taking it of and putting it on paper towel to get grease of of it.
