EasyIcy~Peachy Sorbet


Wonderful, Delicious and Virtually Guilt Free treat you can whip up anytime; IT COULDN'T BE EASIER! This wii be your "Go-To" frozen fave that can be there when the ice cream runs out (& you won't have to run out to grab more)!

Supplies
Canned Peaches (1 can ~Drained; reserve juice for other applications)
Canned Fruit Cocktail (1 can ~Drained; reserve juice for other applications)
Jam (Choice ~peach/apricot/pineapple- whatever you have on hand~ about 1Tblsp)
Blender (or Food processor)
Bowl / Container (freezer safe)
Optional: Banana (half/whole); Marshmallows (handful / 1/2-1 Cup); Juice of Lime

Step One and Forget It



Blend ALL well
Freeze -at least 2 hours, after which stir - the sorbet at edges/perimeter of the container freeze faster than the center- stir, scraping the edges & folding in;
▶that should be a delightful serving consistency; if not, about half to one hour more.. Scoop & Serve!
