Things you will need:

-old newspaper
-rubbing alchohol

Cut the Paper
Cut the paper into strips with the scissors.Cut the strips into smaller pieces.
Put the Paper in the Container and Add the Alchohol
Put the paper in the container and add the alchohol!
Final Result
This is the final result and you can use this to build fire or to put in a stove like the one i built!
