My daughters and I decided we needed something to help organize all the Disney pins they were collecting. Simple and quick, everything you need is at craft store (I went to Michaels)
Using:
Wood Frame
Cork Roll
Spraypaint
Glue
Posterboard

Making a Backing.

Using the Styrofoam filled poster board measure and cut the back material slightly larger than opening of the frame you've chosen.
Cut the Cork

Trace and cut the cork material to fit the frame opening.
Fit Back

Center the cut cork onto the back and mark location to glue. I used 3M spray glue.
Paint

Paint the back and frames to theme and let dry thoroughly.
Attach Backing

Glue the backing to the frame and you're done! Girls happy!
