Easy Philly-cheese Steak
This is the easiest way I have found to make a Philly-cheese steak. It's simple and a great lunch sandwich for meat-loving individuals.
Gathering Ingredients
Food items needed for a Philly are :
Beef steak of your choice
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup of chopped onion
Swiss cheese
1 Steak roll
Butter
Tools:
Spatula(s)
Griddle (optional but so much easier than a skillet or something of that nature)

Getting Started
Coming from the South, nothing is good unless it's fried, covered, or dipped in butter.
•That being said, drop a spoonful of butter on the griddle, and put your bell peppers and onions in the center of it.
•Cut your steak roll in half, and spread butter on the inside portions of the roll. Then lay it face down towards the back of your griddle.
•Now, just add your meat to the griddle.

Chopping the Steak
•Once the steak starts to brown on bottom, I use the bend in my spatula to chop the meat up. I start at an edge of the meat, and work my way across, and then repeat the step in the other direction.
•I let that side brown, then flip the meat over.
•Repeat the chopping step again until your meat is fully cooked.

Putting Things Together
•Now that your meat is browned, your onions and peppers should be cooked.
•Form your meat into the shape of your steak roll. Then place your onions and peppers on top of the meat.
•Afterward, place your cheese on top of the peppers and onions to allow it to melt.

Now to Finish It Up!
You remember that roll we put on the griddle a little bit ago? It should be toasted now. Remove it, and place it on a plate. Now add your meat to your sandwich, maybe add some seasoned salt, and enjoy.
