Easy Perfect Straight Cut Aluminum Sheet

Aluminum is an easy material to build cases cause it is good to work , but to get a good result is necessary some good tools. Sometimes simple techniques are enough to get a good final result , that is what i gonna show in this instructable .

1. stylet

2. set square

3. aluminum sheet

Use set square and hold it tight , with the help of your other hand press and slide stylet until desired marked position . Once or twice is enough .

Bent aluminum sheet to break it .

Comparing result is clearly better . Another cut on pictures were made with scissor .
