Easy Peasy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Cheesy Garlic butter bread is a classic side dish and perfect with everything from pizza to pasta. Garlic Bread is a classic Italian side dish but you don't have to be Italian to enjoy this easy recipe! It goes with so many great things! it is typically served as appetizer or starters before having a full course meal or perhaps a pizza meal. In this recipe i have started from scratch. Certainly it is one of the easiest, simplest and yummiest baked recipe. This Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread recipe is a copycat version of Dominos Stuffed Garlic bread which is homemade, creamy, cheesy garlic flavored bread recipe. This recipe is the easiest recipe for a beginner. It is a very simple and easy dish to make. It is a go to recipe. We have made this recipe with a few ingredients and it will be as tasty as the market one.

Supplies

Ingredients we need

  1. Plain flour.
  2. Sugar.
  3. Dry Active yeast.
  4. Garlic.
  5. Salt.
  6. Milk.
  7. Mozzarella Cheese.
  8. Oregano seasoning.
  9. Chili flakes.
  10. Butter.
  11. Oil.
  12. Water.

Activate the Yeast

  1. Take 1/2 cup warm milk in a glass/ cup.
  2. Add 1 full tablespoon of dry yeast.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  4. Mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  5. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes till you see bubbles.

Preparing the Dough

  1. Take 1 1/2 cup of plain flour in a large bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to it.
  3. Mix all contents well.
  4. Mince 5-7 garlic cloves and add it to the flour.
  5. Gradually add the yeast mixture and prepare a nice, soft, fluffy dough.
  6. Add water as required.
  7. Knead the dough for around 15-20 minutes.
  8. Grease your palm with some butter/oil And knead the dough for a min again.
  9. Tuck the dough and cover it.
  10. Let it rest for 90-120 minutes. (approximately 2 hours)

After Approximately 2 hours you will see that the dough has risen, It is now double the size. This happens because Once reactivated, the yeast begins feeding on the sugars in flour, and it releases the carbon dioxide that makes bread rise (at a much slower rate than baking powder or soda). Yeast also adds many of the distinctive flavors and aromas we associate with bread. Yeast has done it work, and so We can now move on to the next step.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  1. Take 1/3rd cup of salted butter in a small bowl.
  2. Soften it at room temperature ( don't melt it completely).
  3. Mince or grate 12-15 cloves of garlic and add it to the butter.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of chili flakes.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oregano seasoning.
  6. Mix everything well And keep it aside.

Our Butter Garlic mixture is ready.

Preparing Bread

As you saw after approximately 2 hours the dough has doubled in the size.

  1. Punch in the middle and then again Knead the dough for a minute.
  2. Make equal parts of the dough.
  3. Make dough balls out of it.
  4. Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
  5. Apply the butter mixture evenly on the rolled dough.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese on one side of the rolled dough (one half).
  7. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves or say cilantro.
  8. Fold the dough as shown.
  9. Seal the ends as shown with the help of a fork.
  10. Don't press the fork too hard or the dough will stick.
  11. Apply the butter mixture over the bread again.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves, chili flakes and oregano.
  13. Make cuts with the help of a knife.

Preparing to Bake

  1. Preheat the microwave at 180°c at convection mode.
  2. Take a pizza pan or a regular baking pan.
  3. Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Place the prepared bread on the pan and wait for the microwave to be ready for baking.

Baking Your Bread

After preheating, bake the bread for 15-17 minutes at 180°c. Our garlic bread is ready to eat. Serve hot with any mayonnaise or cheese dip and tomato ketchup.
