Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies are amazingly simple to make, and require no special ingredients other than the peanut butter. The result it a perfectly chewy cookie with a rich peanut butter flavor.

Try these for yourself. (recipe makes approximately 36 cookies)

Ingredients

Ingredients: (makes approx. 36 cookies)

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup butter, softened

⅔ cup sugar

1 ⅓ cup brown sugar

2 eggs

2 ½ cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoons vanilla

Dry Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Whip It

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Beat until fluffy.

Egg It

Add eggs and vanilla, and stir to combine.

Flour It

Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture until all combined.

Form & Bake It

Place cookies in 1 inch balls on an ungreased cookie sheet, preferably lined with a silicone baking mat.

Bake in oven for around 11 minutes, until the cookies look set and brown around the edges.
