one sqaure sheet of paper
Fold and Unfold Diagonally
Fold and Unfold to Kite Shape
fold the lower edge to the vertical crease and unfold.
now use the other lower edge and do the same
Fold and Unfold Kite Shape Again
Fold and Unfold the Other Diagonal
Inside Reverse Fold to Shape Fin
Cut Finns
Fold Up One Fin
Narwal Option: Inside Reverse Fold
if you want the narwal iside reverse fold the flap you just folde to shape the head.
Whale Option: Fold Down Corners
if you want the traditional blue whale fold down the corners (shoulders) of you fish as shown in the image.
