Items required:
-paper money
-rubber band
-2 paper clips

Fold the bill in half .

Take 60% of the bill from left side and fold it to the left.

Take folded part and fold it back to left (60%).

Place the rubber band in the back fold.

Pull the rubber band all the way to the left.

Take one paper clip and clip the middle part with back side.

Take the 2nd paper clip and clip the middle part with the front side.

Take the bill on both sides and pull it.

You should end up with rubber band around the bill and both paper clips hanging from rubber band.
