Easy Microwavable Peanut Butter Fudge

Years ago our grandmothers enjoyed making fudge with and for their children! Today, you can do the same with this easy microwavable peanut butter fudge recipe.

Ingredients and Materials

Ingredients
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
• 16 ounces of powdered sugar
• Nuts (optional)
Materials
• Large microwave safe bowl
• Microwave
• Spoon/rubber spatula
• Plastic wrap
• 8 X 13 Pan
• Freezer Paper
• 2 sticks of unsalted butter
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
• 16 ounces of powdered sugar
• Nuts (optional)
Materials
• Large microwave safe bowl
• Microwave
• Spoon/rubber spatula
• Plastic wrap
• 8 X 13 Pan
• Freezer Paper
Cut the Two Sticks of Butter Into Tablespoon Sized Pieces.

Place the Butter in a Large, Microwave Safe Bowl.

Measure and Add One Cup of Peanut Butter to This Bowl.



Cover the Bowl With Plastic Wrap and Poke Holes to Vent.


Place the Bowl of Ingredients in the Microwave and Cook on High for 2 Minutes.

Remove the Bowl From the Microwave, Partially Remove the Plastic Wrap, and Stir the Mixture.


Recover and Return the Bowl to the Microwave. Cook on High for 2 Minutes.


Remove the Plastic Wrap.

Add One Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. Add Nuts If Desired.


Add the 16 Ounces Ofpowdered Sugar.

Stir Until the Mixture Is Unable to Be Stirred Any More.


Line the Pan With Freezer Paper.

Pour the Mixture in the Pan, Evenly Spread the Mixture, and Place in the Fridge for Three Hours to Harden.
