Easy Mango Almond Overnight Oats

Since I started eating healthy about a year ago, I've been on the lookout for easy, healthy, and filling breakfasts. I discovered overnight oats and started eating making it pretty much every day. It takes 5 minutes to mix the ingredients and you have a filling breakfast you can eat right away or grab with you in the morning.

For one serving:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup milk

2 Tablespoons yogurt

A handful of raw slivered almonds

1/4 mango

Toast the Almonds

Toast the almonds on 350 Fahrenheit until it's brown and smells good.

While it's toasting, cut the mango into bite size pieces and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Add the almonds once they are done and put the oats in an air tight container. Place in the fridge overnight. Snooze your alarm clock the next morning when you realize you don't need to make breakfast.
