Easy Lollipop
We need 200g sugar,50 grams water, 1tablespoon of lemon and a teaspoon of vanilla
Put the sugar water and lemon juice into a pan and boil it in low heat. Here I have included the stages of the sugar melting.
When the sugar is like a caramel colour off the heat and add a tea spoon of vanilla. Mix it. You have to work quickly here. Into a bowl of normal water drop in a few melted sugar and check if the mixture turns hard.
On a parchment/baking paper take a tablespoon of the caramel mixture and drop it. Immediately place a stick and add sprinkles if you have any.....wait around 10mins for it to harden and enjoy.
